Matisse Chocolatier of Englewood, Bergen County, New Jersey is pleased to announce the new 2012 schedule for the Matisse Chocolate Academy, offering professional chocolate making classes for anyone who wishes to create homemade chocolate while expanding your culinary horizons.

Matisse Chocolatier has been an established business presence in Englewood New Jersey for the past 23 years. The present owners, Lucille and Vlado Skroce, both of whom have an unequaled passion for chocolate, purchased the business in 1995.The Skroce’s have expanded the business to include chocolate dipped fruit platters, chocolate gift baskets, chocolate party favors for virtually every occasion, specialty chocolate gifts, as well as a party room for both children’s and adult’s parties with a chocolate theme (of course!).

Professional chocolate making classes are a fun and educational addition to this well established and growing business located conveniently in Northern New Jersey, close to both New York City and Connecticut.

Matisse Chocolatier is excited to introduce you to the joys of making your very own homemade gourmet chocolate!!

Your instructor is Vlado Skroce, who shares ownership of the store with his wife, Lucille. Lucille runs the busy day to day operations of the chocolate business. Vlado Skroce is a skilled chocolatier who will teach you everything you need to know to create your own scrumptious homemade gourmet chocolates.

Basic Professional Chocolate Making Class ~

• learn the process for molding, clusters and more
• explore chocolate origin and history
• make 1 pound of your own clusters to take home and enjoy

Cost ~ $79.95 plus $19.95 for supplies and ingredients ~ Total for Basic Professional Chocolate Making Class: $99.90

All class participants receive a Certificate of Completion from Matisse Chocolatier upon completion of the class. We also ask you to fill out a very brief customer satisfaction survey at the end ot the class to determine your overall satisfaction with our Basic Professional Chocolate Making Class.
