Shipping & Returns

Orders:

all orders are processed when payment is received. We use UPS as our shipper. Shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order. These charges are presented as part of the checkout process before you confirm your order. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. Please include your telephone number with your order to make it easier for us to contact you regarding delivery or back ordered items.

Orders for Pick Up and Local Delivery:

Now you can place your special orders for pickup and local delivery online! Just use the new Special Orders form.

Local Delivery:

We make deliveries to local addresses. Representative delivery charges are listed below.  Contact us if you have any questions.

Sales Taxes: We include 7% NJ sales tax for all items.

Damaged Merchandise: contact Matisse Chocolatier immediately if any item is damaged in shipment. In general, we will replace any products damaged in shipment or issue you a credit for this part of your purchase.
